Format an array of log arguments into a single string.
Strings are passed through unchanged; other values are inspected with configurable depth, length, and color via FormatOptions.
Parameters

Arguments passed to a log method.
options?
FormatOptions = {}
Inspection options.
Returns
string
The formatted string, or an empty string if args is empty.
